Background
I've worked in corporate audit at PwC, built and sold my own wholesale company, and today I manage aviation compliance at Ports of Jersey. Three very different worlds — but the thread running through all of them is figuring out how things actually work, then making them work better.
Running my own business was where it clicked. I saw how much time gets eaten by admin that should be automated, how scattered tools slow everything down, and how the right system in the right place can change your whole week.
Most small businesses in Jersey are doing incredible work with clunky, outdated tools. I know because I was one of them. That's what this is about — putting what I've learned to work for businesses like yours.
